Trotters (or tender chicken or Ox tail )
Cook the
trotters in sufficient water and set aside
Grind to
Paste:
2 tbsps.
Dry coriander
8 cloves
4 inches
cinnamon
1 tsp.
pepper
3
cardamoms
a piece of
turmeric
Method:
Heat a
tablespoon of ghee in a vessel and drop into it 8 flakes of garlic cleaned and
smashed. Add to this the ground Masala and the stock. After the soup comes to a
boil, add the trotters and simmer for a while. Serve hot.
